Anonymous two-way review:
This journal uses double-blind peer review.
This means that both the identity of the reviewer and the identity of the author(s) are hidden from each other and, conversely, published in the review and publication process.

The works and articles sent to the journal will be evaluated and judged in accordance with the peer review process. Most of the time, the mentioned method is to review the article by two peer reviewers, anonymously and separately from each other, with complete independence.
Peer review policy
The works sent by the authors with the representative of the author responsible for the correspondence, which are registered in the electronic system of the publication and through the e-mail of the e-mail, and are notified to them by e-mail.
First: it is seen by one of the editors of the journal, who is responsible for reviewing the articles and managing the publication process, in order to make a general decision about the possibility of judging it. This includes and is not limited to the relevance of the subject of the article to the publication, the scientific nature of the article title, the general observance of the scientific structure in the writing of the article, and the appropriateness of its volume with the scientific article (formal and informal evaluation). The result of the general evaluation of this teacher is the non-acceptance of the article due to non-observance of formal features or the general acceptance of the article to enter the evaluation stage (peer review).
If the author's name is among the authors of the article, or mutual interests and conflicts of interest are observed in the work, the first author will send the article (without the authors' names) to another author for general evaluation, and the evaluation of the second person will be the criterion, and he will be the equal judge. Will carry this article to the end.
Second: In case of initial acceptance, the peer review supervisor (first editor or second editor) sends the article according to its specialized topic to perform peer review to relevant specialized reviewers of the journal who have the two characteristics of expertise and independence.
Third: The reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous, evaluate the article and make it acceptable, conditionally accepted with amendments or non-acceptance, and send their opinion back to the journal at the appointed time (can be extended).
Fourth: The editorial board of the journal, based on the equal opinions of the judges, will send the article back to the author responsible for correspondence for corrections, revision before publication or non-acceptance. The notification of the result of the review of the publication will be in the form of a letter from the editor of the publication.
Authors should know that the positive opinion of a particular reviewer will not guarantee the acceptance and publication of their article, and the opinion of another reviewer or the editorial board may lead to a flaw in the research and the rejection of the article.
In implementing the peer review process, this publication follows the bilingual review method, which means that the authors are treated anonymously in reviewing the work and never reveal the identity of the reviewers.
Reviewing in magazine is double blind, the identity of the reviewer and the author is hidden. The reviewer is not informed of the name of the author of the article and the author of the name of the reviewer.
To perform this type of review, the journal has created a process in which the article submitter sends the final file without the names of the authors to the journal's email. Two types of files are ordered to the author:
- The main file of the article without the names of the authors
- The file contains the title of the article along with the full name and address of the authors
