    3- The scientific editors of this publication must maintain the principle of anonymity of referees.

    4- Scientific editors of this publication must avoid conflict of interest.

    5- The scientific editors of this publication are required to observe scientific safety and try to meet the scientific needs of their readers.

    The scientific editors of this publication identify possible plagiarism, fraud, and frauds and provide corrections, explanations, retractions, and apologies in cases of need.

    The scientific editors of this publication should focus and limit their minds only on rational content.

    The scientific editors of this journal should not disclose the information of the articles to people other than the authors, the responsible author and the reviewers.

    The file of unpublished articles will not be used by scientific teachers or other members for personal purposes.

    Duties and responsibilities of referees

    The referees of this publication should cooperate with the scientific editors to decide on the publication of the submitted articles.

    The referees of this publication should try to keep the file of submitted articles confidential.

    The referees should present their opinions to the scientific editors in a timely manner to decide whether or not to publish the article.

    Dear referees, they are required to keep confidential the file of submitted articles and not to use their information for personal purposes. It seems that this is a repeated case.

    The opinions of the referees regarding the submitted articles should be technical and specialized.

    Reviewers should not review articles in which they have a conflict of interest with one of the authors, companies, or institutions!

    Referees must disclose conflicts of interest.

    Duties and responsibilities of the authors

    The submitted article must not have been published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or part of a lecture or thesis) or be under review by another publication.

    1- The responsible author must ensure the consent of other co-authors.

    Another responsibility of the authors is to ensure and obtain the permission of the institutions to which the submitted article is related.

    One of the conditions for submitting an article is that the authors give permission to edit it for more readability.

    Authors are expected to briefly state their sponsor for conducting and preparing the research process.

    The ethical commitment form must be signed by the authors.

    In open access journals, the authors have the right to own their article, but they also allow the public to download, print, and distribute it.

    All authors of an article must agree that the corresponding author will undertake the subsequent review processes after the article has been submitted.

    When the author or authors of the article see an important error in their work, they should immediately inform the scientific editor of the journal to correct it.

    Since plagiarism is considered one of the serious and unethical errors, all authors should know that the articles submitted to this journal may be checked by plagiarism software.

    All authors should read the article submission process in this journal.

    Examples of violations of publishing ethics by authors

    Plagiarism: Plagiarism is the deliberate use of someone else's articles or ideas in your own name. Even using another person's sentence or your own previous sentences without mentioning the source is considered theft. All articles sent to this publication are reviewed by plagiarism software.

    Data fabrication and distortion: Data fabrication is when the researcher does not actually conduct a study but presents data and conclusions. Distortion also occurs when a research is done but the data and results are changed.

    Simultaneous submission: when an article is submitted to two publications.

    Sending duplicates: occurs when two or more articles have the same assumptions, data, and results.

    Repeated (additional) submission: It means dividing a study into several articles and sending them.

    Improper attribution of another author: All authors mentioned in the article must have contributed to it.

    Manipulation of sources: when several sources are mentioned in the final part of an article, while they are not mentioned in the content of the text.
